Starting Spring of 2020, Club Menesetung is an after-school community building club that exists as an opportunity for campers to build their connection with each other and camp. Club Menesetung will be about games, activities, challenges, snacks, and projects around camp.
Imagine getting to know a group of camp friends who get to enjoy a dose of camp throughout the year and have a voice in the planning of summer camp as we try new activities, and gather ideas.
Club Menesetung will also be influenced by the campers who attend – it is entirely feasible that we arrange special events like going on a hike, or building an AWESOME fort in the forest etc.
Who is able to join?
Club Menesetung is open to any camper who is currently registered for the following summer!
Who is running it?
Club Menesetung is run by Clayton Peters (Camp Menesetung E.D.) with the help of local staff alumni with parents welcome to join the fun as well (not required by any means!)
Where is it?
Club Menesetung will be hosted on-site at Camp Menesetung from May-October, with meetings had at a local church TBD during the cooler months of the year.
When is it?
Weekly meetings will take place at Camp at a day and time in-part determined by those who initially express interest in joining. To be announced!
What is the cost?
Club Menesetung is FREE! There is no cost for campers to join the club once they have registered for camp the following summer.
There will be a snack rotation established once the club gets rolling 😊
How can I sign up my camper?
Please send Clayton an email to declare your interest in having your camper join the club! We’ll go from there! firstname.lastname@example.org
