Registration

1. Once your registration form is received and processed by our Registrar, you will receive a confirmation package by mail or e-mail. You will also receive a Camper Information Form and Camper Health Form. (Also available to the left. To speed processing, please send all information at once.) Please complete and return these forms to the registrar as soon as possible. These forms help to provide us with important information about your children that will help us to make their stay at camp as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
2. ALL FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED AND ON FILE BEFORE CAMPERS WILL BE PERMITTED TO BEGIN PARTICIPATION IN CAMP SESSIONS.
3. Ask about our family rate (3 children or more).
4. For bursary information, please contact the Director.

Conditions of Enrolment

1. Parents/Guardians are responsible for transportation to and from camp.
2. If your child is unable to attend camp due to an unforeseen circumstance, all but $25 per camper will be refunded.
3. The Director reserves the right to dismiss any camper who in her opinion demonstrates a hazard to the safety and/or well being of the camp, himself/herself, or others, as well as any camper who does not adhere to the rules and regulations of the camp. Campers dismissed under these circumstances will not be given a refund.
4. Campers sent home due to homesickness will not be given a refund.
5. All registrations include a camp photo and t-shirt.
6. Camp Menesetung is a smoke and alcohol free-site.

What to Bring to Camp

* Sleeping bag, pillow, blanket, PJ's and flashlight.
* Hat, Water bottle and Sunscreen.
* Clothing for hot days, cold days and wet days.
* A change of shoes and a pair of boots.
* Swim wear (no bikinis), beach towel, and raincoat.
* Long sleeve t-shirt and long pants for night time "bug wear", and bug spray.
* Personal items: comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, towel, washcloth, and shampoo.
* Medications, if any. If your child is taking medication such as Ritalin, continuation at camp is strongly recommended.
* A Bible, if you have one.

What NOT to bring to Camp

* No Water Guns.
* No Bikinis.
* No Electronic Equipment (radios, iPods, walkmans, CD players, tapes or CD's or electronic hand held games).
* No Food, Candy or Money.
* No Alcohol.
* No Cigarettes, or illegal Drugs.
* No Visitors are allowed during camp.
