Registration Payment Policy
For a spot to be considered reserved for your camper please complete an online registration, including using one of our payment options (online credit card, cheque, e-transfer, payment installments, third-party payment etc.) and ensure that a minimum of $50 non-refundable deposit has been paid. Your total balance must be paid in full before the first of the month of the week(s) registered for to consider your spot reserved. Thank you.
Refund Policy
If your camper is no longer able to attend the week(s) at camp that you have registered them for. You have the option of either exchanging the full registration for an alternate week at camp that is available; or receiving a refund for all, excluding your $50 non-refundable deposit per week. All refunds or exchanges will be honoured if requested before the first of the month of the week(s) registered for. Once a camper has arrived at camp for their session, refunds will not be granted if the camper leaves early.
